As a Senior visualizer in our Brand Design Cell, you will play a pivotal role in creating visually compelling designs for English and Arabic audiences. Your formal education in design, particularly a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree, will be instrumental in shaping and executing creative concepts that resonate with diverse cultures.
Skills and Experience
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- A formal education in design with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree.
- Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a design agency setting. Agency experience preferred.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software and tools. Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to design for English and Arabic audiences, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and understanding.
- Design with Middle Eastern fonts. especially a good command on Right-to-Left Text formatting.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, creative problem-solving abilities, and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Flexibility and adaptability to navigate cultural nuances and adapt design approaches accordingly.

- Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, layouts, and other design elements while adhering to brand guidelines and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and other stakeholders to integrate design elements seamlessly with written content and overall messaging.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining a high-quality standard.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry advancements, and cultural nuances to continuously enhance your skills and contribute to the team's growth.
